Privacy Policy

For account, billing and security information we generally act as controller. For CRM workspace data uploaded by you, we generally act as processor on your behalf.

We may process account user details, billing data, security logs, support requests and workspace data such as customers, contact details, work items, products, appointments and documents.

Processing is used to deliver the service, authenticate users, manage billing, provide support, run backups, monitor health and improve operational reliability.

Processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and consent where required.

Account and billing information is retained as needed to operate the service, evidence transactions, defend legal claims and meet tax or legal obligations.

Infrastructure, email, payment, monitoring or backup providers may be used under contractual confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to their role.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to the extent available under GDPR and applicable law.
